About
I have published on the emotions and the philosophy of psychoanalysis, and am interested in the implications of psychoanalytic theory for other areas of philosophy, especially ethics. I have several papers forthcoming on epistemological and methodological challenges to the data and theory of psychoanalysis, and am currently working on ideas of insight and self-knowledge in relation to therapy and in relation to virtue.
